Join registered dietitian, Holly Van Poots, and certified health coach, Rachel Hupp for a fun, practical, and informative Spring wellness workshop on:

Nutrition (9-10 am)
- A look at the standard American diet
- Healthy substitutions
- Anti-inflammatory foods
- Nutrition news in the media

Movement (10-11 am)
- Join us for a special 1 hour Pilates/Yoga fusion class!

Mindset (11 am - noon)
- Mindful eating
- Food freedom

This morning workshop is a perfect mini-retreat! A light lunch will be provided.

Tickets are $39 if purchased by 5 pm on April 26, or $45 if purchased after or at the door. Wine sales are separate.
