The Refresh Challenge is back for 2019! This year, though, we are focusing on small steps and shifting mindsets. During the 4-week challenge, you'll receive weekly e-mails with tips and hacks to help you set goals in the areas of movement, nutrition, and lifestyle. Recipe bundles will be provided each week. You'll receive links to download online workouts featuring Breathe instructors which you can do at home or on your own including Pilates, barre, circuit formats, and more. You'll also have access to a private Facebook group where you'll get recipe ideas, motivation, affirmations, check-ins, and a sounding board from other challengers! We can't wait for you to join us!!!
